Who would ever boil their precious iPhone 6 in hot water, let alone in Coca Cola? We normally see phones getting a drop test or at worst, a gun test but boiling a phone is a whole new level.
Before watching the video, DO NOT EVER TRY this at home. As the video advances, there’s a huge plume of smoke which shows the iPhone melting. What’s more interesting is the black goo-ey substance which is actually the residuals of Coke. Never seen anything like it!
So what actually works after the iPhone boiled? Obviously nothing but interestingly, the home button can still be pressed whereas all the other buttons were melted.
